• Lampshades can be returned within 7 days of receipt if you're not satisfied with the product. Return products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as return shipping costs. Please email hello@ciellehome.com to initiate a return. 
• Pillows and Fabric by the Yard are non-returnable. 

 

 

What if there is a defect?

All items, are made to order and undergo a detailed quality control inspection. Please contact us if there is a problem with any product that you receive within 3 days of receipt, along with an image of defect. We will look to remediate the issue as soon as possible and either issue a refund or send you a new item. 

Defect item(s) must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund. If order exceeds allotted time, only shop credit will be given. Return cost for defect items will be covered by Ciélle Home.
